SETTINGS Increase resolution for small text, use color only when needed, and choose the correct document size. CHECK OUTPUT Review the scan for shadows, cut-off edges, skewed pages, and unreadable text. BEST PRACTICE Rescan immediately if quality is poor instead of sharing a barely readable file.
