How to submit a good support request

PURPOSE A good support request gives the support team enough information to understand, route, and resolve the issue quickly. INCLUDE Describe what you were trying to do, what happened instead, when it started, who is affected, and what you already tried. ADD CONTEXT Include the application, device, file, website, location, or process involved. ATTACH EVIDENCE Screenshots, error messages, screen recordings, file names, and timestamps can help. BEST PRACTICE One clear request beats a mysterious message that only says 'help.'
