How to take a screenshot of an issue

PURPOSE A screenshot helps support see exactly what you see. WHAT TO CAPTURE Include the full error message, page or application name, and relevant context around the issue. PROTECT DATA Blur or crop passwords, personal information, customer data, financial details, and unrelated private content. QUALITY Make sure the screenshot is readable and not cropped too tightly. BEST PRACTICE Attach the screenshot directly to the support request with a clear file name.
