How to test if an issue is device-specific

PURPOSE Testing another device helps determine whether the issue is with your device or the service itself. TRY If safe and available, test the same task on another computer, phone, tablet, or shared workstation. COMPARE Note whether the issue happens on both devices or only one. KEEP VARIABLES SIMPLE Use the same account, same file, and same steps when possible. BEST PRACTICE Tell support what device worked and what device failed.
