PURPOSE Respectful communication improves collaboration, reduces confusion, and helps teams solve problems faster. BE CLEAR AND PROFESSIONAL Use direct, courteous language and assume good intent unless facts show otherwise. AVOID Avoid blame, sarcasm, dismissive language, private jokes that exclude others, and unclear criticism. INCLUDE CONTEXT Different teams may not know your acronyms, priorities, or constraints. BEST PRACTICE Be easy to work with. It is an underrated career superpower.
