How to set workplace goals

PURPOSE Workplace goals help clarify priorities, measure progress, and align work with team or business needs. GOOD GOALS Good goals are specific, measurable, realistic, relevant, and time-bound when possible. INCLUDE Define the outcome, owner, deadline, success measure, and dependencies. REVIEW Check progress regularly and adjust if priorities change. BEST PRACTICE A goal should be clear enough that two people can agree whether it was completed.
