How to recover previous file versions

PURPOSE How to recover an earlier version of a file stored in Microsoft 365. VERIFY RESULTS Confirm that the app, file, license, sync status, permission, or restored item appears as expected before closing the task. TROUBLESHOOTING If Microsoft 365 behaves unexpectedly, check internet connectivity, confirm the correct account is signed in, restart the app or browser, and test in a private browser window if needed.
