How to take useful screenshots for support

WHY SCREENSHOTS HELP Screenshots show exact errors, timing, and context that may not be obvious in words. CAPTURE Include the full error message, page or application name, timestamp if visible, and the action you were performing. PROTECT PRIVATE DATA Blur or crop passwords, personal information, customer data, financial data, and anything unrelated. QUALITY Make sure the screenshot is readable. Avoid blurry photos of screens unless no screenshot tool is available. ATTACHMENT TIP Use a clear file name such as 'invoice-error-2026-05-15.png.'
