PURPOSE
How to hold or deny patches when there is a valid reason and approval.
GENERAL STEPS
Open Kaseya VSA in a supported browser or approved app, sign in with the correct work account, and navigate to the relevant organization, group, machine, alert, patch, procedure, report, remote control, or ticket area.
VERIFY RESULTS
Confirm that the machine, alert, patch status, procedure output, remote session, report, inventory value, ticket reference, or note appears as expected before closing the task.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If Kaseya VSA behaves unexpectedly, refresh the page, confirm you are viewing the correct organization and machine, check your permissions, verify the endpoint is online, and capture any error message or timestamp.
