PURPOSE
Speaker notes help presenters remember talking points without crowding the slide.
WHAT TO INCLUDE
Add key points, transitions, examples, statistics, warnings, or reminders that the audience does not need to see on the slide.
STEPS
Open the notes area for the slide, type the speaking guidance, and review it in presenter view if available.
BEST PRACTICES
Use short notes instead of scripts when possible. Notes should support delivery, not trap you into reading like a hostage statement.
CHECK
Confirm notes are not visible to the audience when presenting.
