How to take a screenshot

PURPOSE Screenshots help capture error messages, settings, and visual issues. WHAT TO CAPTURE Include the full error, application name, relevant page, and any visible timestamp if useful. PROTECT INFORMATION Crop or blur passwords, personal data, customer data, financial details, and unrelated private content. SAVE CLEARLY Use a descriptive file name so support knows what the screenshot shows. BEST PRACTICE Capture the full context first, then crop a copy if needed.
