boxorandyos LLC is a technology and business consulting firm rooted in Russell, Massachusetts. We're a small, hands-on team that genuinely enjoys solving hard problems; whether that's untangling a messy IT environment or helping a business owner figure out what comes next.

Our Story

We started boxorandyos because we kept seeing the same pattern: businesses paying for technology or advice that didn't actually fit how they worked. Big vendors pushing one-size-fits-all solutions. Consultants who'd never set foot in a small business.

We wanted to do it differently; show up, listen, and build something that makes sense for your operation. Over the years that's meant everything from standing up cloud infrastructure for a growing office to helping a multi-business owner get clarity on where to focus next.

What We're Working Toward

Our goal is simple: help businesses make confident decisions about technology and direction. We want our clients to feel like they have a knowledgeable partner in their corner; someone who explains things plainly, tells them the truth, and doesn't disappear after the project wraps up.

We believe good consulting should leave you more capable, not more dependent. That's why we focus on practical outcomes you can actually use.

What We Enjoy

Honestly? We like the puzzle. There's a real satisfaction in taking a business that's stuck; too many tools, no clear plan, growth that outpaced their systems; and helping them find a path forward.

We enjoy working with owners and teams who care about doing things right. We like digging into how a business actually operates, not just what the org chart says. And we appreciate the variety; one week it's a cybersecurity assessment, the next it's helping someone think through whether to expand or consolidate.
